   Postage Information

All items are mailed by Australia Post – Regular Post can take up to 14 days to remote areas of Australia

Larger parcels may be sent by courier depending on your location

Items are posted within 4 business days of payment clearing .

If you require immediate or express postage please get in contact prior to checkout to discuss shipping times.

Return Policy

Floral Envy products may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit where the product is faulty or incorrectly described.  For returns, please email candy.envy@yahoo.com.au .

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of the delivery of goods. Claims can be made by emailing candy.envy@yahoo.com.au .

You will be required to return damaged goods to Floral Envy.

If you make an incorrect purchase, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a refund, exchange or store credit for incorrect purchase, change of mind or for any other foreseeable error on your behalf. So please choose carefully . Floral Envy is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods bought from us.

International Customers

International Customers -Please get in contact via email candy.envy@yahoo.com.au to get a postage quote for your location.

International customers will be sent an invoice for postage once costs are calculated via Australia Post. International items will only be sent registered, at the customers cost.
